1. Service description

LogicGrid is a logic puzzle application that includes Sudoku-style challenges and deductive mysteries (Murdoku). The service is provided «as is» for entertainment and mental training on compatible mobile devices.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the application. If you are a minor, you need consent from a parent or legal guardian. By using the app you declare that you meet this requirement.

3. User accounts

The application may create an anonymous session automatically or allow you to sign in with Google. You are responsible for activity on your account and for securing access to your device. Do not share credentials or allow unauthorized third parties to use your account.

4. License to use

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to use the application for private, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and Google Play policies.

• You may not copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the application except where expressly permitted by law.
• You may not use the app for illegal, fraudulent purposes or in ways that infringe third-party rights.
• You may not interfere with the app's operation, its servers, or attempt to bypass security measures.
• You may not automate use of the app (bots, scripts) or exploit bugs or vulnerabilities.

5. Content and puzzles

Puzzles, text, designs, trademarks, and other application content are owned by the developer or its licensors. Progress you achieve in games is personal and does not grant rights to the underlying content. We may add, modify, or remove puzzles and features at any time.

6. Advertising

The application includes advertising through Google AdMob. Ads may be personalized according to Google's policies and your device settings. We are not responsible for third-party ad content or for products or services they promote. See our privacy policy for more on advertising data.

7. Progress and local storage

Your progress, preferences, and local backups are stored on the device. We do not guarantee data recovery if you change devices, uninstall the app, or clear its data without using other backup means the app may offer.

8. Account deletion

You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account (while signed in). This removes the account and associated local data. See the account deletion page for details.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The application is provided «as is» and «as available». We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free service or fitness for a particular purpose. Use of the app is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Desarrollador de LogicGrid shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or use arising from use or inability to use the application.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms or the application at any time. We will publish the current version on this site with the update date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the applicable law in the developer's country of residence, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your jurisdiction.
