Account deletion

LogicGrid: Sudoku & Murdoku is an application published by Desarrollador de LogicGrid (Android package: com.logicgrid.logic_grid_fe). This page explains how to delete your account and associated data, as required by Google Play.

How to delete your account

You can delete your account directly in the app. You must be signed in:

• Open LogicGrid on your Android device while signed in.
• Go to Profile.
• Tap Delete account.
• Confirm deletion in the prompt shown.

Data that will be deleted

• User account in Firebase Authentication (anonymous or Google-linked session).
• Associated authentication data (user identifier, email address, and name if you signed in with Google).
• Game progress and preferences stored locally on the device (including local backups).
• Any application data linked to your session on that device.

Data that may be retained

After your account is deleted, some technical data may be kept for a limited time in third-party services we use to operate and improve the app. This data does not personally identify you once the account is deleted:

Google Analytics for Firebase: aggregated, anonymous usage statistics.

Firebase Crashlytics: technical crash reports per Google's retention policies, typically up to 90 days.

Google AdMob: advertising data handled by Google and its partners under their own policies.

Security or legal compliance logs: when necessary, up to 90 days.

Processing time

Deletion from Profile → Delete account is immediate once you confirm. If you contact us by email due to an app issue, we will respond within a reasonable time, usually within 30 days.

If you cannot access the app

If you cannot open the app or delete your account from Profile, email logicgrid222@gmail.com from the address linked to your account (if you used Google). Suggested subject: «Delete LogicGrid account».
