LogicGrid: Sudoku & Murdoku · Last updated: May 25, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Desarrollador de LogicGrid («we», «the controller») collects, uses, shares, and protects personal and technical information when you use the mobile application LogicGrid: Sudoku & Murdoku (Android package: com.logicgrid.logic_grid_fe) and this website (https://logic-grid-sudoku-murdoku.web.app/).
We comply with Google Play policies on privacy, deception, and device abuse, including the user data policy. This policy is available at an active URL accessible without signing in, as required by Google Play Console.
1. Data controller
- Controller: Desarrollador de LogicGrid
- Privacy contact: logicgrid222@gmail.com
- Associated Firebase project: logic-grid-496613
2. Scope
This policy applies to the LogicGrid: Sudoku & Murdoku application on Android and to informational pages hosted at https://logic-grid-sudoku-murdoku.web.app/. This website does not collect its own analytics data; it only displays legal information. Data collection occurs primarily in the mobile application.
3. Summary of services that process data
The application uses Google services (Firebase and Google Analytics for Firebase) and other providers to operate, measure usage, display ads, and detect errors. Each category is detailed below.
| Service | Provider | Primary purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Google Analytics for Firebase | Google LLC | Usage statistics and product improvement |
| Firebase Crashlytics | Google LLC | Crash reports and stability |
| Firebase Authentication | Google LLC | Player identifier and optional Google sign-in |
| Firebase Performance Monitoring | Google LLC | Application performance |
| Firebase App Check | Google LLC | Protection against API abuse |
| Google AdMob | Google LLC | Advertising (banners) |
4. Google Analytics for Firebase (usage analytics)
We integrate the Firebase Analytics SDK (Google Analytics for Firebase) in the Android application. This service collects information about how you interact with the app to help us understand usage, improve features, and prioritize fixes.
4.1 Data that may be collected automatically
- Device and installation identifiers (for example, app instance ID).
- Device information: model, operating system, language, time zone, app version.
- Usage events: screens visited, sessions, approximate duration, interactions with game features.
- Aggregated network and performance technical data associated with app use.
- If you link a Google account, Analytics may associate events with your Firebase user identifier; we do not sell this data to third parties.
4.2 Purposes of processing
- Measure audience and feature usage (Sudoku, Murdoku, etc.).
- Detect experience issues and prioritize improvements.
- Generate aggregated statistical reports for the developer.
4.3 Legal basis (EEA/UK users)
Where applicable law requires it, Analytics processing is based on legitimate interest in improving and maintaining the application, or your consent when required (for example, for cookies or advertising identifiers in certain jurisdictions). You may object by contacting us at logicgrid222@gmail.com.
4.4 Retention
Google retains Analytics data according to your Firebase project configuration and its policies. See Firebase Privacy and Google Privacy Policy.
4.5 How to limit analytics tracking
- On Android: Device Settings → Google → Ads → Reset advertising ID / Opt out of ad personalization (depending on system version).
You may request information or exercise your rights by writing to logicgrid222@gmail.com.
5. Other data processed in the application
5.1 Account and identification (Firebase Auth)
When you open the app, an anonymous session (unique Firebase identifier) may be created. If you choose Sign in with Google, we process the user identifier, name, email address, and profile photo provided by Google solely to authenticate you in the application.
5.2 Error reports (Firebase Crashlytics)
When the application crashes, Crashlytics may send Google crash information, stack traces, device model, system version, and app version to diagnose and fix errors.
5.3 Performance (Firebase Performance)
We collect performance metrics (load times, aggregated network latency) to keep the app responsive.
5.4 Advertising (Google AdMob)
The application displays advertisements (for example, banners). AdMob and its partners may use advertising identifiers, approximate IP address, and ad interaction data to show, measure, and personalize ads under their policies. You must declare in Play Console that the app contains ads. See How Google uses information from sites and apps that use our services.
5.5 Local storage
Game progress and preferences are stored on the device (local storage). That data is not sent to our servers unless you use online features described in this policy (for example, authentication or analytics).
6. Device permissions
The application primarily requests:
- Internet: required for ads, authentication, and Google cloud services (Analytics, Crashlytics, etc.).
- Other optional permissions (for example, vibration for haptic feedback) are not used to identify you for marketing purposes.
We do not request high-risk sensitive permissions (SMS, call logs, background location, etc.) for the purposes described in this policy.
7. Who we share information with
We share data only with:
- Google LLC and its affiliates, as processors when providing Firebase, Analytics, AdMob, and related services, under their terms and policies.
- Authorities, when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share data for third-party advertising outside the ecosystems described (Google AdMob / partner networks per AdMob configuration).
8. International transfers
Google may process data on servers located outside your country (including the United States). Google applies contractual safeguards and security measures per its documentation and, where applicable, standard contractual clauses.
9. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures: encrypted communication (HTTPS/TLS), Firebase App Check to limit API abuse where applicable, and restricted access to data in the Firebase console. No system is 100% secure; if you detect an issue, contact us at logicgrid222@gmail.com.
10. Retention
- Analytics: per retention settings in Firebase / Google Analytics.
- Crashlytics: per Crashlytics retention policies.
- Local data: until you uninstall the app or clear application data on the device.
11. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (for example, GDPR in the EEA, LGPD in Brazil, CCPA/CPRA in California), you may have the right to:
- Access, rectify, or delete your personal data.
- Restrict or object to certain processing.
- Data portability for data you provided directly.
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
- Lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
To exercise these rights, contact logicgrid222@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time (typically within 30 days).
12. Children
LogicGrid: Sudoku & Murdoku is not knowingly directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact logicgrid222@gmail.com to request deletion.
13. Third-party links
The app or this site may link to third-party sites (for example, Google policies). We are not responsible for their privacy practices.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect legal or application changes. The last updated date appears at the top. Material changes will be communicated via the app, Play Store, or this site when appropriate.
